Ingredients

4 Maggi Packets
1/4 cup Oil
1 Onion (Thinly sliced)
1 Capsicum (Thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Cabbage (Thinly sliced)
1 Carrot (Orange) (Thinly sliced)
2-3 Spring Onion (Finely chopped)
1/4 cup Coriander (Kothmir) (Finely chopped)
2-3 tbsp Schezwan Sauce (Depends on how spicy you want it to be)
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
4 Cheese Cubes (Grated)
a pinch of Red Food Colouring (Optional)
8 cups Water

    There are some combinations that will never fail, one such combo is cheese and Maggi and if you add the tadka of some schezwan sauce to it. Well, lets just say everyone licked their bowls clean on this one.

    In a deep bottomed pan heat 1/4 cup oil.

    Add in the vegetables and fry on high flame until slightly charred and tender.

    Add water and bring to a boil. Add noodles and maggi masala from the sachets provided in the packet.

    Add all the sauces and 2 cubes of grated cheese. Add food coloring if you want this is completely optional.

    Mix well and cover with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove lid and cook until the desired amount of soupy consistency is achieved. You dont want the water to completely dry out.

    2 minutes before turning off the gas, add 2 cubes of grated cheese. Garnish with some coriander and serve hot!
