300 gms Spaghetti Pasta

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 cup chopped Spinach Leaves

1/2 medium sized Onion(Diced)

7 small cloves Garlic cloves(Grated) (If you have big garlic cloves use 3-4)

1 Fresh Red Chilli(Thinly sliced)

2 tbsp Plain Flour (Maida)

1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

2 cups Milk

3 cubes or 1/2 cup grated Cheese

Boil the Pasta according to packet instructions. |

Heat butter in pan and add onion, sauté for a minute. Add grated garlic, sliced red chilli and spinach. Mix well, cook for 1/2 a min. |

Add flour at this point and stir well, (do not let the flour brown). Add milk and mix well. |

Add black pepper powder, salt and dried oregano. Add grated cheese stir well and cook for 1 min. |
