Ingredients

200 gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
2 Capsicum
1 large (pureed) Onion
1 (pureed) Tomato
2 tbsp Coriander (Kothmir)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 & 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi powder)
1 tsp Cumin powder (Zeera powder)
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt (To taste)
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Oil

    This is an easy and quick Paneer and capsicum recipe that is going to be an absolute hit due to its chatpata flavour! Try to find out!

    In a deep bottomed pan, heat 1/4 cup oil.

    Add onion puree and saute until onion is nicely golden.

    Add tomato puree, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.

    Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt. Saute well until oil separates and the raw smell of the masala is gone.

    Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well. Cook for 2 mins.

    Add Capsicum and squeeze lemon juice. Mix well.

    Add Paneer cubes and cook for 2 mins. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame.

    Serve hot with chapati, rice or parotha.
