200 gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)

1 large (pureed) Onion

1 (pureed) Tomato

2 tbsp Coriander (Kothmir)

1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 & 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 tsp Coriander powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi powder)

1 tsp Cumin powder (Zeera powder)

1 tsp Chaat Masala

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt(To taste)

1/4 cup Water

1/4 cup Oil
This is an easy and quick Paneer and capsicum recipe that is going to be an absolute hit due to its chatpata flavour! Try to find out!

In a deep bottomed pan, heat 1/4 cup oil. |

Add onion puree and saute until onion is nicely golden. |

Add tomato puree, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix well. |

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt. Saute well until oil separates and the raw smell of the masala is gone. |

Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well. Cook for 2 mins. |

Add Capsicum and squeeze lemon juice. Mix well. |

Add Paneer cubes and cook for 2 mins. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame. |

Serve hot with chapati, rice or parotha. |
