Monaco biscuits 2 packs

1 & 1/2 cup Milk

3 tbsp Butter

2 Cheese Cubes

2 tbsp Plain Flour (Maida)

1 cup of Mixed Vegetables (Onion, capsicum,carrot, broccoli)(finely chopped)

2 cloves Garlic cloves

1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce

1/4 cup boiled Sweet Corn Kernels

1 tbsp Coriander (Kothmir)(finely chopped)

1/4 tsp Dried Oregano

1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Salt(To taste)
Monaco toppings! Our most favorite party snack is here and its all the more delicious then ever. A yum finger food you can put together in minutes.Topped with some delicious veggies and tossed in a cheesy, creamy sauce. They wont last for long, trust me!

In a pan add 1 tbsp butter and saute all the veggies for 2-4 mins until slightly tender. Remove in a bowl and keep aside. |

Keep the gas on low flame and add 2 tbsp butter to the same pan. Add grated garlic to it and give it a nice stir. Quickly add in 2 tbsp flour and mix well. |

You don't have to let the flour become brown. Add in 1 and 1/2 of milk immediately and mix well. |

let the milk simmer on low flame and add in grated cheese, dried oregano, black pepper powder, green chilli sauce and salt. Mix everything well together. |

Cook for 4-5 mins on low flame until the sauce becomes thick. At this point add in the butter fried veggies and boiled sweet corn kernels. Mix well. |

Cook until the sauce is nicely thick. Turn the gas off and sprinkle coriander. |

Place monaco biscuits on a flat plate and scoop over 1 spoon of the cheesy veggies on top of each biscuit. You may drizzle some tomato ketchup on top if you like. Serve quick! Enjoy |
