Ingredients

250 ml Milk
1/4 cup Condensed Milk (Milk maid)
1/4 cup Falooda Mix
1-2 tbsp Sugar
4-5 drops Rose extract / essence
2 tbsp Rose syrup
2 tbsp Mixed dry fruits (Sliced)

    Soak the falooda mix as per the instructions on the packet or if you can get the pre-soaked falooda mix then you will need 1/2 cup of it.

    Heat milk in a deep bottomed pan and let it come to a boil. Once boiled, turn the gas on low flame and mix in condensed milk while stirring. Cook until the milk comes to 3/4 of its original quantity. Turn off flame and mix sugar well. Set aside to cool.

    Once the milk has cooled. Add the rose essence, rose syrup and soaked falooda mix to it and mix well. Taste the mixture for sweetness and adjust according to your taste.

    Take your kulfi or popsicle mould and place a few sliced dry fruits at the bottom and pour in the mixture using a spoon so as to make sure the falooda mix is evenly placed in every mould.

    Refrigerate until the kulfi is completely solid. Drizzle some rose syrup and dry fruits on top before serving. Enjoy!
