500 ml Milk

2 Egg (Whole)

100 gms Vanilla Sponge Cake

1 cup Fresh FruitsOptional (Strawberries and chikku cut into small pieces)

1/2 cup Sugar

2-3 drops Vanilla Extract
A custard or a cake? you decide! Its so easy to make I could make it in my sleep! And its so yum I could eat it all day!

Pre-heat oven to 150°C. |

Take a circular mould and heat 1/4 cup of sugar in it till it melts and turns golden brown. Swirl to coat the sides of the mould. Keep aside to cool. |

In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining sugar until combined. |

Crush the cake finely in the mould that has been coated with caramel. Add chopped fruits and pour the milk mix into the mould. |

Cook in the preheated oven for 20-25 mins. Once done let it cool. Refrigerate for a few hours. |

To serve, place a plate over the mould, hold firmly in place and turn over gently. The custard cake will turn over onto the plate, caramel side up. |
