250 gms Chicken Mince (Kheema)

3 boiled and mashed Potatoes

1/2 cup Soya Mince (Kheema)

4 Green chilli

small bunch of Coriander (Kothmir)

2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 beaten Eggs
-
Salt(To Taste)

Vegetable Oil(For frying)
This is my take on the chicken cutlet or kabab. A perfectly flavoured patty coated with egg and deep fried, to give you a beautifully crisp on the outside and deliciously juicy on the inside kinda cutlets. I love them, and am sure you will love them too!!

In a food processor grind together chicken mince, green chilli and coriander. |

Boil soya mince and mash the boiled potatoes. |

Mix well together all the ingredients except eggs and oil. |

Grease your palm with oil and make flat circular patties of desired size from the chicken and potato mix. |

Dip each patty into beaten eggs and deep fry in medium hot oil. Fry each patty until nicely brown on each side. |
